To register as a Parishioner of Saint Agnes Church please fill out our New Parishioner Registration Form, include the $25.00 Registration Fee and return to the church by one of these methods:
 

• Come to the rectory in person during normal office hours. 
• Give to a Priest or Sacristan after Mass.
• Put it in the collection basket during Mass.
• Put it in the Donation Box at the rear of the church.
• Mail to the Rectory Office:
